RESOLUTION NO. 89-160
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A PROPOSED QUITCLAIM DEED FOR
AVENIDA ENCINAS RIGHT OF WAY PURPOSES FROM THE ATCHISON, TOPEKA AND SANTA FE RAILWAY COMPANY.
WHEREAS, Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company has subn
