RESOLUTION NO 89-163
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, CHANGING
MISION ESTANCIA TO CAMINO DE LOS COCHES
PURSUANT TO CITY COUNCIL POLICY NO. 20.
CASE NO: SNC-24 - CITY OF CARLSBAD
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad
by adoption of Resolution No. 2724, recommended changing Misio
Estancia to Camino De Los Coches as provided by City Counci
Policy No. 20; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing to consider the subject stree
name change was held by the City Council on May 23, 1989,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counci
of the City of Carlsbad, as follows:
1. That the City Council approves SNC-24; and
2. That the findings of the Planning Commissio
contained in Resolution No. 2724 constitute th
findings of the City Council in this matter; and
3. The City Clerk shall notify all affected publi agencies of the change; and
4. The change affects all parcels on Mision Estancia including those addressed under the spelling M-I-S
S-I-0-N Estancia.
5. All affected street signs will be change
immediately upon the effective date of the Cit
Council Resolution.
