RESOLUTION NO. 89-185
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BIDS AND AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS TO MANZANO DRIVE, PROJECT N0.3313
WHEREAS, bids have been received by the City of Car
for the construction of Improvements to Manzano Drive, Pr
No. 3313; and
WHEREAS, the low bid received for said projecl
submitted by ABC Construction Company in the amount of $72,88
and
WHEREAS, there are sufficient funds available il
Project Account No. 300-820-1840-3313 to award this contrac
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Counc
the City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and corr
2. That the low bid submitted by ABC Constru

Project No. 3313 is hereby accepted.
