RESOLUTION NO. 89-193
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING REQUEST OF OUT-OF-S BUSINESS TRAVEL REQUIRED FOR THE BATIQUITOS LAGOO ENHANCEMENT AND AGUA HEDIONDA LAGOON PRESENTATION;
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad

approved an agreement with the City of Los Angeles through
Batiquitos Lagoon Enhancement Project: and 8
Board of Harbor Commissioners relating to certain work for
9 WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared technical papers 01

Hedionda Lagoon Dredging which have been accepted for present; 11
subjects of the Batiquitos Lagoon Enahncement Project and
for the aforementioned projects and programs. 16

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad finc 13

1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
