A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED FOR PUBLIC STREET PURPOSES ALGA ROAD.
WHEREAS, Westana Viewpoint, a California General Partnership has s
a Grant Deed conveying an easement to the City of Carl sbad for pub1 ic
purposes over a portion of Alga Road westerly of Mimosa Drive; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carl sbad has determined
in the public interest to accept said deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of C
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Grant Deed from Westana Viewpoint, a California
Partnership dated Ju~ F /A/ , 19a, conveying an easement for publil
purposes over a portion of Alga Road westerly of Mimosa Drive to the
Carlsbad which is on file with the City Clerk and is incorporated hc
reference, i s accepted.
