A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED AND A JOINT USE AGREEMENT FOR PARKSITE ACCESS AND PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT PURPOSES - AVIARA CT 85-35 PHASE I OFFSITE PR 2.3.19.
WHEREAS, Aviara Land Associates Limited Partnership has submitted
Deed conveying an easement to the City of Carlsbad for Parksite Access
Public Utility purposes over a portion of Section 22, Township 12 Sout
4 West, San Bernardino Meridian; and
9 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined
10 the public interest to accept said Deed;

2. That the Grant Deed from Aviara Land Associates Limited Par 14

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of C
