RESOLUTION NO. 89-209
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
PREVIOUSLY REJECTED AND RESERVED FOR FUTURE STREET AT ALGA ROAD AND POINSETTIA LANE, PROJECT ID
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF RIGHT-OF-WAY

WHEREAS, Rancho La Costa, a limited partnership, as owner and
Pacific of San Diego, a Cal ifornia Corporation, as owner did offer for de
to the City of Carlsbad for street purposes, portions of Alga Road and Po
Lane; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carl sbad did on behal.
public reject the offer for dedication of the following properties:
1. Lot "A" adjacent to Alga Road designated, "Lot 'A' rese)
future street", as shown on Map 8350, recorded July 28, 1976 as File
239569 and rejected July 7. 1976.
2. Lot "Bl' adjacent to Alga Road designated, "Lot 'B' rese'
future street", as shown on Map 8351 , recorded July 28, 1976 as File
239570 and rejected on July 7, 1976.
3. The portion of Lot 113 adjacent to Alga Road designated, "PC
Lot 113 reserved for future street", as shown on Map 8351, recorded July
as File No. 76-239570 and rejected on July 7, 1976.
4. The portion of Lot 804 adjacent to Poinsettia Lane des
"Portion of Lot 804 reserved for future street", as shown on Map 11510
May 13, 1986 as File No. 86-189422 and rejected on May 9, 1986; and
WHEREAS, a rejected offer of dedication shall remain open and su
future acceptance by the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of C
