RESOLUTION NO. 89-217
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE IRRIGATION INSTALLATION AT BUENA VISTA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL ATHLETIC FIELD PROJECT NO. 37031 AS COMPLETED
WHEREAS, the irrigation installation Buena Vista Elementary Schoo'
Athletic Field, Project No. 37031, has been satisfactorily completed, anc
WHEREAS, the project was completed for the contracted sum of
$21,674,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City 01
Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That irrigation installation at Buena Vista Elementary School
Athletic Field; Project No. 37031, is deemed complete and herebj
accepted.
3. That the City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad, California, is
hereby directed to record the Notice of Completion for said project.
4. That the Director of Fiance is hereby authorized to pay all t
final retention monies due the contractor.
PASSEC, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad
City Council held on this 27th day of June
, 1989, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Pettine, Mamaux and Larson
