A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA APPROVING THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION
FOR LOCAL FACILITIES MANAGEMENT PLAN 9.

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad did on d
6 prescribed by law to consider said request; and
7 WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considerir

Commission Resolution No. 2851 granting Planning Commission approval 0' 11
considered all factors relating to the Negative Declaration including P1 10
submitted by staff, considering any written comments received, the City CI g
testimony and arguments, examining the initial study, analyzing the inforr
12 Negative Declaration; and
13 NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Counci 1 of the C
14 Carlsbad, California as follows:
15 1) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct.

2) That the Negative Declaration issued by the Planning Direc August 19, 1988 was prepared in compliance with the Cali Environmental Qual i ty Act and Title 19 of the Carl sbad Mun Code.
3) That there is no substantial evidence that the proje conditioned may have a significant effect on the environment
4) That the City Council of the City of Carl sbad incorporates int resolution Planning Commission Resolution No. 2851 inc findings contained therein.
