A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA APPROVING A LOCAL FACILITIES MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR LOCAL FACILITIES MANAGEMENT PLAN 9.
WHEREAS, a Local Faci 1 i ties Management P1 an has been prepare

Carlsbad Municipal Code; and 6
Local Facil i ties Management Zone 9 in accordance with Chapter 21.90 o
7 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on May 17, 1989 hold 2

noticed public hearing as required by law to consider said plan and 2
conclusion of the hearing adopted Resolution No. 2852 making finding
10 recommending that the City Council adopt a plan; and
11 WHEREAS, a Negative Decl arati on was issued by the P1 anning Di 1

WHEREAS, the City Council at their meeting of the 11th dal 14
anticipated to have any significant adverse impact on the environment; ar 13
on August 19, 1988 indicating that the Local Facilities Management Plan
of July , 1989 held a duly noticed public hearing and consider
16 testimony and arguments of anyone desiring to be heard;
17 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the C
18 Carl sbad, Cal ifornia as follows:
19 ! 1) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct.

2) That the findings and conditions of the Planning Commiss Resolution No. 2852 also constitute the findings and conditi the City Council.
3) That the Local Facilities Management Plan for Zone 9 dated Apr 1989 on fi 1 e with the City C1 erk and incorporated her
i reference is hereby approved. Any development occurring wit1
~ boundaries of Zone 9 shall comply with all the terms and con(
