A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO.
28 FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE CARLSBAD SENIOR
CENTER AND CARLSBAD UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT
EDUCATION CENTER, PROJECT NO. 3247

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, Calif
