A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PROJECT
CHANGE ORDER NO. 8 FOR CARLSBAD BOULEVARD
PHASE I1 IMPROVEMENTS, PROJECT NO. 3205
WHEREAS, relocation and reconstruction of an exj

19 order, the City Clerk is authorized and directed to retur:
