RESOLUTION NO . 89-247
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA DESIGNATING THE GAUS HOUSE E
A HISTORIC POINT OF INTEREST. APPLICANT: HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION CASE NO. : HSD 89-1 GAUS HOUSE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California has determined that the Gaus House meets the
requirements for Point of Interest designation: and
WHEREAS, the Historic Preservation Commission has
reviewed and recommends that the Gaus House be designated a
Point of Interest:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City
Council of the City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That HSD 89-1 Gaus House which has been relocated to 3442 Roosevelt Street is designated a Historic Point of Interest.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, held
on the 18th day of July, 1989, by the following vote, to
wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Pettine, Mamaux and Lars
