RESOLUTION NO. 89-249
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA DESIGNATING THE CARLSBAD
UNION CHURCH AS A HISTORIC POINT OF INTEREST.
CASE NO. : HSD 89-3 CARLSBAD UNION CHURCH
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
APPLICANT: HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION
California has determined that the Carlsbad Union Church
meets the requirements for Point of Interest designation;
and
WHEREAS, the Historic Preservation Commission has
reviewed and recommends that the Carlsbad Union Church be
designated a Point of Interest;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City
Council of the City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That HSD 89-3 Carlsbad Union Church which located
at 800 Pine is designated a Historic Point of Interest.
~ PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of
~ the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, held ~
~
on the 18th day of July, 1989, by the following vote, to
wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Pettine, Mamaux and Larson
NOES: None
ABSENT : None
ABSTAIN : None
