RESOLUTION NO.89-255
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING AN OVERHEAD ELECTRICAL SYSTEM EASEMENT TO SAN DIEGO GAS & ELECTRIC COMPANY
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsba
determined it to be in the public interest to convey an OVE
electrical system easement to San Diego Gas & Electric Compa
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council c
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are correct.
2. That the Grant Deed conveying an overhead elect
system easement to San Diego Gas & Electric Company, which
file with the City Clerk and is incorporated by this referenc
approved.
3. That the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to ex
the deed which will be returned to San Diego Gas & Electric Co
for recordation.
PASSED APPROVED AND ADOlPTED at a regular meeting 0
Carlsbad City Council held on the 25th day of July 19
the following vote, to wit:
