RESOLUTION NO. 89-256
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED FOR
WATERLINE PURPOSES FOR HAWTHORNE RENTAL LOCATED AT LOT 4 OF MAP 10061

WHEREAS, Willow Properties, Inc. has submitted a Grant Deed conveying an
to the City of Carlsbad for waterline purposes over a portion of Lot 4, Map 10061 ; i
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined it to in
interest to accept said Deed;
a NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
