RESOLUTION NO. 89-273
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
DOCUMENTS, SPECIAL PROVISIONS AND
SPECIFICATIONSANDAUTHORIZINGTHE CITYCLERK
TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR THE 1988-89 STREETS
OVERLAY PROGRAM,CONTRACT NO. U/M - 26
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING CONTRACT
WHEREAS, the contract documents, special provisions an
specifications for the furnishings of all labor, material
tools, equipment, transportation and other expenses necessar
and incidental for the 1988-89 Streets Overlay Program
Contract No. U/M-26, have been prepared and are on file in th
City Clerk's office of the City of Carlsbad and ar
incorporated by reference herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of th
City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.
2. The contract documents, special provisions an
specifications as presented are hereby approved.
3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereb
authorized and directed to proceed to publish, in accordanc
with law, Notice Inviting Bids for the work of said contac
in accordance with said contractdocuments, special provision
and specifications
