RESOLUTION NO. 89-270
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE
CONSTRUCTION OF CARLSBAD FIRE STATION NO. 5 AS COMPLETE AND DIRECTING THE RECORDATION OF THE
NOTICE OF COMPLETION
WHEREAS, the construction of Carlsbad Fire Station No.
been satisfactorily completed: and
WHEREAS, the required Notice of Completion has been prr
for said project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of th
of Carlsbad, California as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
