A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED.
4 I! WHEREAS, Motel 6 has submitted a Grant Deed conveying an easeme]
!5 // City of Carlsbad for waterl ine purposes over a portion of Lots 2
6 11 Carlsbad Tract 81-05; and
7 I/ WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined

in the public interest to accept said Deed;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
California, as follows:
I.1 II 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
I.2 // 2. That the Grant Deed from Motel 6 dated January 30, 1989,
l3 // an easement for waterl ine purposes over a portion of Lots 2 and 7 of
1411 Tract 81-05 to the City of Carlsbad which is on file with the City Cle
l5 11 incorporated herein by reference, is accepted.

3. That the City Clerk is authorized to cause the original D
recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County,
