RESOLUTION NO. 89-282
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 6905, ISSUING A CERTIFICATE OF CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY TO BILL'S CAB COMPANY, INCORPORATED TO REVISE THE SCHEDULE OF FARES.
WHEREAS, the City Council by the adoption of Resolution Nos.
approved issuance of a Certificate of Convenience and Necessity to I31
Company, Incorporated to operate taxicab service within the City of C
and
WHEREAS, Bill 's Cab Company, Incorporated has requested appr
a revision to the schedule of fares with the City of Carl sbad;
NOW, THEREFORE7 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
Carl sbad , as f ol 1 ows :
1. That the above citations are true and correct.
2. That Section 3(c) of Resol uti on No. 6905 is amended to read as fc
"The schedule of fares to be charged shall be $1.60 per mi le. "
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the Carlsbad City Counc
regular meeting thereof held on the 8th day of August , 1989, by the f
