A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNI, 3
CONSULTING SERVICES FOR THE GOLF COURSE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM. 4
APPROPRIATING TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND ($250,000) DOLLARS FROM THE GENER,
FUND CONTINGENCY ACCOUNT #001-840-1990-2999 TO FUND VARIOUS PRELIMINA
5 WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the development of a regul atil
6 18 hole size golf course at the 252 acre Lake Calavera site; and
7 WHEREAS, funds are necessary to hire consultants to prepare l
8
and a real property appraisal and; 9
environmental impact report, preliminary golf course design; soils repor.
10 WHEREAS, funds are avai 1 ab1 e in the General Fund Contingency Accour
11 #001-840-1990-2999; and
12 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City (
13
1890-3342, has been authorized. 18
