RESOLUTION NO. 89- 91
~ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OI 1 CARLSBAD AND NORTH COAST AQUATICS, INC. FOR USE OF THI
~ COMMUNITY SWIM COMPLEX TO CONDUCT A COMPETITIVE SWIM PROGRAl AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbac
does hereby resolve as follows:
1. That certain agreement between the City 01
Carlsbad and North Coast Aquatics, Inc. to conduct i
competitive swim program at the Carlsbad Community Swir
Complex, a copy of which is on file in the City Clerk's
Office, is hereby approved.
2. That the Mayor of the City of Carlsbad is
hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement for
and on behalf of the City of Carlsbad,
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular
meeting of the Carlsbad City Council held on the 22 nd day
of August 1989, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Larson, Mamaux & Pett:
NOES: None
ABSENT : None
