RESOLUTION NO. 89-30?
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BIDS
AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A PURCHASE
ORDER FOR THE PURCHASE OF SOFTWARE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the bid of Egghead Software, 7200 Parkway Drive
a La Mesa, Ca 92042 is hereby accepted and the Purchasing
Officer is hereby authorized to execute a Purchase Order for 9

tax.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on the 22nd day
of August , 1989, by the following vote, to wit:
