RESOLUTION NO. 89-304
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING THE RE-ADVERTISEMEN!
OF BIDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF TEMPORARY FIRE
STATION NO. 6 --.Tro,iect 3302
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously authorize
advertisement for bids for the construction of a temporaq
Station on Levante Street; and
WHEREAS, no bids were received on the bid opening date
WHEREAS, the plans and specifications for said constrx
have been revised and are on file with the City's Munj
Projects Department; and
WHEREAS, all documents for the furnishing of all 1
materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and other ex1
necessary or incidental for said project have been prepared;
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad hereby
it necessary, desirable and in the public interest to const]
temporary Fire Station No. 6 on Levante Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council c
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the plans, specifications, and contract documen
presented are hereby approved.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting o

by the following vote, to wit:
