RESOLUTION NO. 89-321
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK
TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE FARADAY AVE. AND COLLEGE BLVD. TRAFFIC SIGNAL, PROJECT NO. 3339
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carl
California, has determined it necessary and in the public int

WHEREAS, plans and specifications for the furnishi
all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation and
expenses necessary or incidental for said project, have
