RESOLUTION NO, 89-326
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BIDS AND
U/M-25 FOR THE 1988-89 STREETS SLURRY SEAL
PROGRAM
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF CONTRACT NO.
WHEREAS, bids have been received by the City of Carlsbad,

WHEREAS, the lowest responsive bid received for the 8
California, for the 1988-89 Streets Slurry Seal Program;
project was submitted by California Pavement Maintenance g
10 Company of San Diego, in the amount of $116,225.35; and
11 WHEREAS, funds are available in account number 001-820-

City of Carlsbad, California, as follows: 14
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the 13
5110-2412 for the project.

1. The above recitations are true and correct.
2. The bid of $116,225.35 by California Pavement
17 Maintenance Company of San Diego, for the 1988-89 Streets
18 Slurry Seal Program, Contract No. U/M-25, is hereby accepted
19 and the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to
20 I execute a contract therefore.
