RESOLUTION NO. 89-327
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BIDS AND
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF CONTRACT NO.
U/M-24 FOR THE 1988-89 STREETS CHIP SEAL
PROGRAM
WHEREAS, bids have been received by the City of Carlsbad,
6 California, for the 1988-89 Streets Chip Seal Program;
7 WHEREAS, the lowest responsive bid received for the

Company of San Diego, California, in the amount of 9
project was submitted by California Pavement Maintenance
10 $255,380.00; and
11 WHEREAS, funds are available in account number 001-820-
12
2. The bid of $244,380.00 by the California Pavement 16
1. The above recitations are true and correct. 15
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows: 14
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the 13
5110-2412 for the project.
17 Maintenance Company of San Diego, for the 1988-89 Streets Chip
18 Seal Program, Contract No. U/M-24, is hereby accepted and the
19 Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a
20 contract therefore.
