RESOLUTION NO. 89-335
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING
BIDS AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
CONTRACT NO. U/M-26 FOR THE 1988-89
STREETS OVERLAY PROGRAM
WHEREAS, bids have been received by the City of
Carlsbad, California, for the 1988-89 Streets Overlay
Program:
WHEREAS, the lowest responsive bid received for the
project was submitted by the Daley Corparation of San Diego,
in the amount of $338,275.00; and
WHEREAS, funds are available in account number 001-
820-5111-2412 for the project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.
2, The bid of $338,275.00 by the Daley Corporation of
San Diego, for the 1988-89 Streets Overlay Program, Contract
No. U/M-26, is hereby accepted and the Mayor and the City
Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a contract therefore.
