RESOLUTION NO. 89-336
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BIDS AND AWARDING THE CONTRACT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A TRAFFIC SIGNAL SYSTEM AT EL CAMINO REAL AND RANCHO CARLSBAD DRIVE, PROJECT NO. 3317
WHEREAS, bids have been received by the City of Car:
for construction of a traffic signal system at Rancho Cai
Drive and El Camino Real, Project No. 3317; and
WHEREAS, the low bid received for the constructi
said project was submitted by Steiny and Company, Incorporatc
the amount of $59,890; and
WHEREAS, funds are available in the project ac
number 300-820-1840-3317 for the construction of this projecl
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carl
California, hereby declares it necessary, desirable and i
public interest to construct the aforementioned project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counc
