RESOLUTION NO. 89-341
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN EXTENSION OF AN EXISTING CONSULTANT AGREEMENT FOR INSPECTION SERVICES FOR THE PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD WEST ASSESSMENT DISTRICT, PROJECT NO. 3151
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsba
previously on July 5, 1988 confirmed the preliminary assesE
and unanimously approved the formation of the Palomar Airport
West Assessment District; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously on July 19,
awarded a construction contract to effect said project; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council hereby finds it neces
desirable and in the public interest to continue to retai
services of a full-time resident inspector to assist City j
administration and construction of said project; and,
WHEREAS, the extension of existing resident inspe
services for said project is required.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the above recitations are true and corn
2. That an existing consultant agreement with Wj
Associates for resident inspection services for the Palomar Aj
Road West Assessment District Project is hereby extended to ir
the extension of time for scope of services for the duration (
pro j ect .

is hereby authorized to be increased $57,000 representing the I
