RESOLUTION NO. 89-344
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, DETERMINING SUBSTANTIAL
CONFORMANCE OF PLANS SUBMITTED FOR THE
DEVELOPMENT.
DI 89-4 (FOR CT 83-4) - MARLBOROUGH DEV. CORP.
WHEREAS, on September 6, 1989 the Carlsbad Planning Commission
adopted Resolution No. 2910 determining substantial conformance for CT 83-4/CP-227
finding that modifications required by the approval of the Coastal Commission were minor
in nature and substantially conformed to the plans originally approved by the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, on September 26, 1989
considered an appeal of the Planning Commission determination of substantial
conformance for CT 83-24/CP-227; and
WHEREAS, upon considering the request, the City Council considered all
factors relating to the substantial. conformance issue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the findings of the Planning Commission in Resolution No. 2910
on file with the City Clerk and incorporated herein by reference constitute the findings of
the City Council in this matter.
