I RESOLUTION NO. 89-345
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING
THE ADVERTISEMENT OF BIDS FOR THE CONSTRUC-
TION OF IMPROVEMENTS TO HOLIDAY PARK,
PHASE 11; PROJECT NO. 3314
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad

construct improvements to Holiday Park; and 8
determined it necessary, desirable, and in the public interes
9 WHEREAS, plans, specifications, and contract documl

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows: 16
previously appropriated $100,045 for said project; and 15
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad 14
the Municipal Projects Department of the City of Carlsbad; an 13
project, Project No. 3314, have been prepared and are on filc 12

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of
Carlsbad City Council held on the 3rd day of October r1
by the following vote, to wit:

NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Kulchin
