RESOLUTION NO. 89-350
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE DESTRUCTION
OF CERTAIN FILES.
WHEREAS, maintaining all obsolete files, correspondence and papei

part hereof, have been reviewed by the City C1 erk; and 9
WHEREAS, the documents 1 isted on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and n 8
destruct ion of certain records; and 7
WHEREAS, Section 34090 of the Government Code provides authority fa 6
uneconomical ; and
10 WHEREAS, the City Clerk recommends that all documents 1 isted on Exhi b

listed on Exhibit "A", attached hereto. 19
2. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized to destroy the doc 18
