RESOLUTION NO. 89-355
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE BIDS AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF PURCHASE ORDERS
FOR A 5-GANG MOWER AND RIDING LAWNMOWER.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of
Carlsbad, California as follows:
1. That the bid of San Diego Turf, 7929 Stromesa Court,
San Diego CA 92126, is hereby accepted and the Purchasing
Officer is hereby authorized to execute a Purchase Order for
the purchase of a 5-gang mower in the amount of $33,488. OC
plus tax.
2. That the bid of C.R. Jaeschke, Inc. 8806 Complex
Drive, San Diego CA 92123, is hereby accepted and the
Purchasing Officer is hereby authorized to execute a Purchase
Order for the purchase of a riding lawnmower in the amount of
$14,750.00 plus tax.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City of Council of
the City of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on the
10th day of October , 1989, by the following vote to wit:
