RESOLUTION NO. 89-361
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A POLICY IMPLEMENTING GUIDELINES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT
OF SMALL-LOT SINGLE FAMILY PROJECTS.
CITY COUNCIL POLICY NO. 44 - CITY OF CARLSBAD :I WHEREAS, the City is receiving a number of applications
or small-lot single family developments; and
6 WHEREAS, many of the existing small-lot single family

rojects in the City appear crowded and visually unappealing;
gl WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has studied the matter
nd determined that guidelines for this type of development Will 10
11 I[ 'mprove the quality and visual attractiveness.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
13 ity of Carlsbad, California, as follows:

A) That the above recitations are true and correct.
B) That based on the evidence presented, the City
