A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA,
REVISING THE FEE FOR POLICE REPORTS

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the fee for a copy of a pol ice report shall be changed from

$7.50 plus $1.00 per page to a flat fee of $10.00 per reports, effective
