RESOLUTION NO. 89 - 38h
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS TO CHASE FIELD PROJECT NO. 3723 AS COMPLETE, DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO FILE THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION, AND AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE TO CLOSE THE PROJECT ACCOUNTS UPON PAYMENT OF ALL FINAL CLAIMS AND COSTS.

WHEREAS, improvements to Chase Field, Project No. 3723 have be<
satisfactorily completed; and
a WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has previous1
9 appropriated certain funding for said project;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City 1
Carlsbad, California, the following:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the construction improvements to Chase Field, Project N
3723 are deemed complete and hereby accepted.
3. That the City Clerk of the City of Carl sbad, California,
directed to record the Notice of Completion for said project.
4. That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to close t
project accounts upon payment of all final claims and costs.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carl sbad Ci
Council held on the 7th day of November, 1989, by the following vote,
wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Pettine, Mamaux and I
