RESOLUTION NO. 89-392
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA ACCEPTING THE
CONSTRUCTION OF STREET IMPROVEMENTS TO
MANZANO DRIVE, PROJECT NO. 3313, AS COMPLETE
1 WHEREAS, the construction of Manzano Drive, Project
6 3313, has been satisfactorily completed; and
7 WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has
8 prepared; and

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council oj 10
WHEREAS, all projects costs have been established.
11 City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
12 1. That the above recitations are true and correc
