RESOLUTION NO. 89-400
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF CONTRACT NO. U/M-28 FOR
THE 1988-89 CURBS, GUTTERS AND SIDEWALKS REPLACEMENT
PROGRAM
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE BIDS AND
WHEREAS, bids have been received by the City of Carlsbac
California, for the 1988-89 Curbs, Gutters and Sidewal
Replacement Program; and
WHEREAS, the lowest responsive bid received for the projec
was submitted by J.H.P. Construction of Oceanside, Californiz
in the amount of $61,963.20; and
WHEREAS, funds are available in account number 001-82(
5110-2411 for this project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of tl.
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.
2. The bid of $61,963.20 by J.H.P. Construction c
Oceanside, California, for the 1988-89 Curbs, Gutters ar
Sidewalks Replacement Program, Contract No. U/M-28, is herel
accepted and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized 1
execute a contract therefor.
