RESOLUTION NO. 89-404
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED ON HIGHLAND DRIVE.
WHEREAS, Brian and Muriel Watts have submitted a Grant Deed conveying an
4' to the City of Carlsbad for street purposes over a portion of Highland Drive; and

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined it to be in
interest to accept said deed;
7 11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
8 California, as follows:
9 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
10 2. That the Grant Deed from Brian and Muriel Watts dated October :
