RESOLUTION NO. 89- 399
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING TO THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS, SAN DIEGO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, THE APPOINTMENT OF ONE MEMBER TO THE CITY OF CARLSBAD BUILDING AUTHORITY.
WHEREAS, the term of Charles Rowe on the Carlsbad Building Au-
expired in October, 1989;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Cal
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following person is recommended to the Board of Super
San Diego County, California, to serve as a member of the Carl sbad E
Authority:
Charles Rowe , for a term to expire in October,
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Ca
California, at a regular meeting held on the 21st day of November
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Pettine and Mamaux
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Larson
