I RESOLUTION NO. 89- 414
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAEUSBAD CALIFORNIA APPROVING THE ABOVE GROUND
ENCROACHMENT FOR 2210 SARA WAY. I 1

WHEREAS, Mr. John Barr has submitted a request to allow a 5 foot portic 5
6 existing pilaster and block wall and a gated fence encroachment within the C
'7 Easement along the north and south sides of his property at 2210 Sara Way; an(
8 WHEREAS, Utilities and Maintenance has determined that the encroachmc
9 gated fence would not interfere with the City's ability to use the Drainage Ease:

11 maintain and access an existing concrete lined brow ditch, a sewer manhole and
12 drain manhole;
13 NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of C
l4 California, as follows:

1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the request for Encroachment Permit for Mr. John Barr to mail
18 existing 5 foot portion of a pilaster and block wall is approved and maintain and

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carls
Council held on the 5th day of December, 1989 by the following vote, to wit
