RESOLUTION NO. 89-415
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A DONATION OF THREE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED SIXTY THREE DOLLARS ($3,463).
WHEREAS, Gerico's Bar & Grill donated three thousand
four hundred sixty three dollars ($3,463) for special
equipment at the New Senior Center; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept this
gift;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the City Council accepts the donation of three
thousand four hundred sixty three dollars ($3,463) on behalf
of the Seniors of the City of Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Carlsbad held on the
5th day of December , 1988, by the following vote,
to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Pettine, and Larson
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council
