RESOLUTION NO. 89-416
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED ON
ADAMS STREET.
WHEREAS, Lee Alton, has submitted a Grant Deed conveying an easement
6 City of Carlsbad for street purposes over a portion of Adams Street; and
7 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined it to be
8 public interest to accept said Deed;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of C:
11 California, as follows:
12 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.

is on file with the City Clerk and is incorporated herein by reference, is accepted,
