RESOLUTION NO. 89-419
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS AND SPECI-
FICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO
ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE
CERREZO DR./CARLSBAD BLVD. AND MONROE ST./CHESTNUT
AVE. TRAFFIC SIGNALS, PROJECT NOS. 3333 AND 3318
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carls

and Chestnut Avenue traffic signals; and 9
to Construct Cerrezo Drive and Carlsbad Boulevard and Monroe St 8
California, has determined it necessary and in the public intc
10 WHEREAS, plans and specifications for the furnishi1

prepared and are on file in the Municipal Projects Departme1 13
expenses necessary or incidental for said project, have 12
all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation and (

the City of Carlsbad; and
WHEREAS, funds in the amount of $100,000 are avai:
16 in the Account No. 320-820-1840-3318.
1d WHEREAS, funds in the amount of 75,000 are availab
18 the Account No. 320-820-1840-3333.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Of Carl

hereby approved.
3. That the City Clerk of the City of Carlsba
hereby authorized and directed to publish, in accordance with
Notice to Contractors inviting bids for the construction of
Cerrezo Drive and Carlsbad Boulevard and Monroe Street and Che5
Avenue traffic signals.
