A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING
THE CONSTRUCTION OF TRAFFIC SIGNAL AND
SIGNAL INTERCONNECTION, PROJECT NOS. 3272,
3274, 3279, 3281 AND 3282
5 11 WHEREAS, the construction of Traffic Signal and S
t5 Ii Interconnection Projects have been satisfactorily Completed
7 11 WHEREAS, all projects costs are established.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counc
the City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:

1. That the above recitations are true and corre
2. That the construction of Traffic Signal and S
Interconnection Projects, specifically identified as Project
3272, 3274, 3279, 3281 and 3282 is deemed complete and h
accepted.
3. That the City Clerk of the City of Carl
California, is hereby authorized to execute the Notic
Completion and have same recorded.
