A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAI
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE COVENANTS FOR EASEMENT FROM WILM,
PACIFIC, INC.. PE 2.89.25. PR 2.3.31, PR 2.3.32
WHEREAS, Wilma Pacific, Inc. has created two covenants for easen
reciprocal access and drainage purposes over across and upon the following:
A portion of the Lot 35 Map NO. 11134 benefitting Lot 34 of Map No. 1:
which the City of Carlsbad is a part of interest; and
A portion of Lot 34 Map No. 11134 benefitting Lot 35 of Map No. 11 134,
the City of Carlsbad is a part of interest; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined it to
in the public interest to accept said Covenants of Easement;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of (
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Covenants of Easement from Wilma Pacific, Inc., dated N
9, 1989, conveying easements for reciprocal access and drainage purposes ove
and upon the following:
A portion of Lot 35 to Lot 34 of Map 11134; and
A portion of Lot 34 to Lot 35 of Map 11134 which are on file with the (
and are incorporated herein by reference, are accepted.

3. That the City Clerk is authorized to cause the Covenants of Easeme
to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, State
of California, with the appropriate Certificates of Acceptance attached.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsl:
Council held on the 19th day of Decembe~ 1989 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Pettine, and Larson
NOES: None
I ABSENT: Council Members Kulchin and Mamaux
