A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBA
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING TWO COVENANTS FOR EASEMENT FROh
LARWIN-ROSEDALE PROPERTIES, PE 2.89.30, PR 3.2.33, PR 2.3.33
5 II WHEREAS, Larwin-Rosedale Properties has created two covenants for easf

private storm drainage and non-exclusive access purposes over across and upon

Unit 1 and all of Lots 18 and 19, CT 81-10 as adjusted per lot line Adjustment 9
per lot line Adjustment 372 and recorded as CE 539 benefitting all of Lot 16, ' 8
of the Lot 16 of CT 81-10 Unit 1 and a portion of Lots 18 and 19, CT 81-10 as
11 I1 recorded as CE 539, to which the City of Carlsbad is a part of interest; and
12 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has deterrnined it to

in the public interest to accept said Covenants of Easement;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of

18 2. That the Covenants of Easement from Larwin-Rosedale Properti
19 September 27, 1989, and November 13, 1989 conveying an easement for priv;
2o 1 drainage and non-exclusive access purposes respectively over Lot 16 of CT 81-1
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
21 I/ and a portion of Lots 18 and 19, CT 81 -10 as adjusted per lot line Adjustment

the City Clerk and are incorporated herein by reference, are accepted. 25

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsk
Council held on the 19th day of December, 1989 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Pettine and Larson
