RESOLUTION NO. 89-443
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF OCEANSIDE FOR COST SHARING OF CONSULTING TRANSPORTATION PLANNING SERVICES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, Cal ifor
determined it is necessary and in the public interest to share the
consulting transportation planning services related to a Buena Vist

agreement with the City of Carlsbad to share the cost of consultant 9
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Oceanside has app 8
Traffic Study; and
10 re1 ated to a Buena Vista Valley Traffic Study; and
11 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Oceanside has apl

consultant agreement with Bouman and Associates, Inc. to perform the BUE
1. That the above recitations are true and correct. 16
Carlsbad, California, as follows: 15
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the 14
Valley Traffic Study for $30,000;
17 2. That the City Council approves and authorizes the City Ma

Services related to the Buena Vista Valley Traffic Study. 19
