A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING CHANGE ORDER
NO. 2 FOR PREPARATION OF THE FINAL ENVIRON-
MENTAL DOCUMENTATION FOR THE BATIQUITOS LAGOON
ENHANCEMENT PROJECT.

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carl

California, has awarded on April 19, 1988 a consultant agre

amount not to exceed $525,00 in accordance with the consult;
proposal dated December 8, 1989, which is incorporated by refel
and made a part hereof.

Angeles that all approved changes in the consultant's scope of
